Overview
This policy explains how Kildra AB, Stockholm, Sweden (“we”) handles personal data when you visit kildra.ai or contact us. Data processed inside the Kildra product on behalf of customers is covered by a separate agreement. For any privacy matter, email hello@kildra.ai.
What we collect and why

Our legitimate interest is replying to business inquiries you start and keeping the site working. You can object at any time. Name and email are needed for us to reply. We do not sell personal data or use it for automated decisions that affect you.

Slack stores data in the United States, and Microsoft’s US parent may access email to support the service. Both are covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses where needed. Ask us for details of these safeguards. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as the conversation and a normal follow-up require, and server logs only as long as our hosting provider needs them for security and troubleshooting.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or receive it in a portable format. Email hello@kildra.ai and we will respond within one month.
You can also complain to the Swedish supervisory authority, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), or to the authority where you live or work.
